To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Packaging and Shipping:
Package the gaming PC securely using the original packaging materials. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, our technicians will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the product is found to be in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund process.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
