Coverage: Our 1-year limited warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts and provide labour at no additional cost to you.
Warranty Period: The warranty period is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase.
What Is Covered:
Defects in materials and workmanship.
Malfunctions or failures that occur under normal use.
What Is Not Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or storage.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.
Normal wear and tear. Stolen or lost goods.
Claim Process:
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team by raising a ticket through our support center.
Provide proof of purchase, including the original purchase receipt.
Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorisation if needed.
Ship the product, including all relevant parts, to the provided address.
We will repair or replace the product as needed and return it to you.
Additional Warranty Extension:
At the time of purchase or within 30 days after the original purchase, you have the option to extend the warranty coverage for additional years. This extended warranty can be purchased for an additional fee. The terms and conditions of the extended warranty will be provided upon purchase.
General Terms:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Repairs or replacements under warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
The availability of specific replacement parts may be subject to change over time.
